Meet The Commissioners: Factual
The next in Vision+Media's successful 'Meet The Commissioners' series offers the chance for independent production companies to meet and hear from some of the UK's top factual commissioners, including key players from BBC, ITV, UKTV, Discovery and Sky.
Presentations from key commissioners will include:
- The biggest challenge they face in the coming year
- What productions they are looking for (and what productions they are not looking for)
- Case-studies of commissions that have worked, and those that haven't
- Top performers
- Their own pitching preferences
Following the individual presentations, there will be an opportunity to meet the commissioners in smaller groups, enabling more detailed conversations to be held.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone producing factual television content.
The event will take place at Vision+Media, Salford Quays, on Monday 13th September, with registration from 11.30am.
