This strand is open for submissions on a rolling basis. As with all out Lottery rounds, you must meet or talk to a member of Vision+Media staff before submitting an application.
This funding is to support freelancers to attend industry standard training and development programmes for producers and key talent.
Open for submissions from individual based within the Vision+Media region wishing to attend film based skills development courses and workshops. Applications can only cover one training event or course at a time.
Applicants will need to provide information on the course they wish to attend stating what impact it will have on their future development and employability. It will be expected that applicants are currently working as professionals within the film industry.
The activity does not have to be delivered within the Vision+Media region.
Support will be focused on areas where there is felt to be a skills gap in the region.
Awards are up to £300.

Match funding must be provided at a minimum of 30% of the total project costs. This amount can be provided as cash or in kind support
