This funding is to support producers and production companies with projects once they have completed development. You do not need to have previously received Vision+Media development funding to apply.
Submissions must include a fully developed feature script as well as a budget and cashflow along with CVs for those involved. You should also include any evidence of expressed interest in the project to date.
The funding is to support a range of activities including securing finance, securing co-producers, producing a production budget, casting and anything else deemed reasonable in assisting the project move towards production. You will be expected to produce a short strategy document outlining how you think your plans will help your project progress.
Awards are up to £5,000. Strong projects are able to re-apply for support to help move the project forward up to a maximum project spend of £20,000.
Match funding must be provided at a minimum of 30% of the total project costs. This amount can be provided as cash or in kind support.
