The projects selected to go through to the next stage of our Digital Shorts scheme 2009/10, in partnership the UK Film Council, have been announced.
The aim of the scheme is to provide emerging filmmakers with the opportunity to develop their professional experience and create high quality digital films that are cinematic and appeal to a broad range of audiences.
Following panel interviews in January, eight projects have been selected for development with Caroline Harvey (formerly of Mirage Pictures). After the development process, six of these films will be awarded grants of up to £12,000.
