The festivities kicked off at the Life Café with a pre-event drinks reception. Following the screening, an exclusive gathering took place on the 1st floor of Life Café with more drinks flowing. The party continued way into the night with a live music performance at 11.00pm, to which all guests were invited.

Alice Morrison, Chief Executive of North West Vision said:

"This event was extremely exciting because in one night we got the chance to showcase some of the UK's freshest filmmaking talent and launch the 10th anniversary Kinofilm festival. It was also a great excuse to throw a party."
