Northern Expansion for ARRI Rental Group
ARRI Media, one of the UK’s leading camera rental companies is set to join sister company ARRI Lighting Rental in Manchester in order to expand the facilities equipment and services on offer to productions in the North West.
ARRI Lighting Rental has had a base in Manchester, successfully supplying productions with lighting in the North for the past fifteen years. With the recent completion of a refurbishment programme Managing Director Tommy Moran is confident that together both companies are now in a position to offer the complete package. He explained, “We are delighted that ARRI Media have joined us in Manchester, we believe that this will enable us to offer productions in the North the very latest technology for lighting, cameras, grip and consumables, with the same dedication and level of service that production staff and technicians have come to expect.”
The latest technology will include the ARRIFLEX D-20 film-style digital camera, the new ARRIFLEX 416 Super 16 camera along with an extensive range of new lenses, all from ARRI Media. A wide range of the latest high quality lighting equipment is available for hire from ARRI Lighting Rental including the ARRIMAX, the most powerful HMI on the planet!
Tim Limon, Rental Service Technician for ARRI Media explained,

Rental in our new facilities in Manchester. It’s important to
us that we are available locally to service media companies in the
North, We recognise these key organisations collectively form the
largest production centre outside of London.”
Arri Media will hold open days on 23rd February 12pm - 6pm, and
24th of February 10am - 4pm to display and demonstrate its new and
exclusive camera and lighting products to local production and
camera professionals.
