National Young Filmmakers' Competition - Against Knife Crime
Young people across the UK, aged 11-21, are being given the
opportunity to have their say in the fight against knife crime in a
filmmaking competition run in association with the Daily Mirror's
Stop Knives, Save Lives campaign.
The 90 second films will be judged at regional level by a high
profile panel including king of the I’m a Celebrity jungle
Joe Swash and Hollywood star Ray Winstone.
Awards include Flip Ultra digital camcorders; a
tour of Pinewood Studios; working in the production team on the set
of the UK’s first 3D movie, Street Dance (Vertigo Films); and
much more!

Deadline for entries is Friday, 17 July, with
winners announced on 10 September 2009.
