Screening at the Candella Launch

Candella Films launched their World According to Film filmmaking course with a candlelit screening on Monday 23 January at Dr.Livvys in Manchester.

Guests enjoyed beer and cakes as they heard about Candella's global vision for community filmmaking and the opportunity for local groups to become part of their network of filmmakers around the world. North West Vision, the North West Development Agency, North West Film Archive and the Commonwealth Film Association added their support to Candella's committment to inspire new filmmakers and audiences in the region. The evening closed with a screening of Candella's latest community production The Flower Chamber introduced by the local theatre company it was made in collaboration with, China Here and There.
