Capricorn Security offers a specialist security service to the film and TV industry, focusing on location work and man-guarding purpose built studios and sets on a 24/7 basis.
The company has now launched a new website to promote its services at www.capricornsecurity.co.uk They offer a coning services, crowd control, risk assessment and traffic management.
Capricorns knowledge and connections within the Greater Manchester region, together with its experience within the TV industry enables them to provide an unprecedented service, working hand in hand with location/unit managers and facilities staff.
The work history of Capricorn is extensive but to offer a flavour of jobs carried out in 2006; Shameless, Vincent, Sorted, Goldplated and Blue Murder were all productions that Capricorn successfully dealt with. Capricorn has been the security provider for every single drama filmed in Greater Manchester for the last decade but they also take on projects including adverts/ live broadcasts right the way up to feature films.
Regular clients include Granada, the BBC, Red Productions, Shine Productions and Tightrope.
