North West Film Archive

Northwest Vision and Media supports the North West Film Archive through its HAFAD (Heritage Access to Film and Audience Development Fund) scheme. Here you will find news of any upcoming screenings and contact details for the Archive.

The North West Film Archive (NWFA) has been based at Manchester Metropolitan University since 1977 and is the publicly recognised home for moving images about life in the Northwest of England. Supported by Northwest Vision and Media through its HAFAD fund, the NWFA continues to provide access to an exciting library of archive footage and film. A series of screenings are being hosted throughout 2007, highlighting its exclusive and comprehensive archive.
