What would you say were the best bits about the Northern Routes Training Scheme and your placement?
The people that I met helped me realise the direction I wanted to take in the industry.

Would you recommend Northern Routes to other potential trainees (please give reasons)?:
Yes because it provides a foot in the door of a business that to some appears firmly closed.

Please explain what you have gone on to do following Northern Routes:
I have worked on a few dramas on Dailies and worked for two weeks on Peter Kay’s new comedy. I have also dedicated myself firmly to Gripping as a career.

What do you hope to do in the future and how has Northern Routes helped you in working towards this goal?
I have changed my direction slightly in that I want to train as a Grip now, rather than stay with Cameras. The people I met on my placement spoke to me and convinced me it was a good idea and I thank them for that.
