Completion
Funding
is
available
for
shorts
with
some
connection
to the
region
that
require
additional
funding.
Short
films
are
not
required
to
have
had
previous
investment
from
Vision
and
Media.
Applicants
must
submit
a
rough-cut
of the
film,
or a
sufficiently
high
quality
to
warrant
completion
funding.
Investments
ranging
from
£1,000
to
£5,000
can be
made
for up
to 75%
of the
projects
agreed
costs.
To be
eligible
you
must:
·
Be an
individual
resident
in the
Northwest
region
of
England
(Cheshire,
Cumbria,
Greater
Manchester,
Lancashire
and
Merseyside).
OR
·
Be a
legally
constituted
organisation
with a
written
constitution
or set
of
rules
resident
in the
Northwest
region
of
England.
OR
·
Be a
national
organisation
funding
beneficiaries
resident
in the
Northwest
region
of
England.
