Facts and Figures
The Skills department is constantly striving to enhance the
region’s media workforce by supporting people and companies
with bespoke, training solutions. In doing this, we’re proud

In the last six months we’ve supported 804 individual
places on one-day workshops or one-to-one guidance
sessions.
Diversity has supported 43 people on three
separate schemes:
· Bespoke training – a programme of training, funding and placements.
· Muslim Writers Programme – supporting a group of Muslim writers to work with BBC Writersroom.

work on Bollywood movie Mr Bhatti On Chutti.
