Your Screen...Your Story

THE Media Foundation Placement Scheme (MFPS) is looking to produce two 10 minute documentaries from within the Northwest region. The resulting documentaries will then feature on the newly created ITV Local Granada broadband TV service!

The documentary contributors will also receive 25 copies of the resulting DVD and invitations to a screening event, to be held at the Cornerhouse in Manchester.

All you need to apply is passion about your project or to have overcome challenges and leave the rest to the MFPS!

There are two categories:

Community groups / organisations
Are you a community group who has made a difference? Then this could be the perfect opportunity to make sure that your group gets the recognition it deserves!

Individuals
Are you a refugee, asylum seeker or an individual with an amazing story to tell the Northwest? Then this could be the perfect opportunity to share your experiences with others!

If this sounds like something you would like to be involved in then HURRY as the deadline for ideas is the 22nd August.

Guidelines

1. You must be available for filming for one day during the 12th,13th,14th September and for two full days on the 18th & 19th of September.
2. Only applications from the Northwest will be considered.
3. The DVD will remain the property of the Media Foundation Placement Scheme.
