Our strategy comes from close industry links, to help us understand and anticipate the sector's needs and priorities. Accidental Leaders (leadership training for creative business leaders) and Fast Company Programme (investment readiness pilot for creative companies) are two recent examples of how we can anticipate and serve needs of the creative industry.As well as with Business, we engage with universities and other support organisations across the region and nationally - working towards a joined up .

- We will ensure we are well informed and up to date, compiling existing research and comissioning new research
