Kaye Elliott was previously Director of Inward Investment for Vision+Media resposible for promoting the Northwest as a premiere film location and production base. Kaye recently took over from Paul Taylor at the helm of Vision+Media as the organisation transfers it's responsibility to distribute Lottery funding and support filming production in the North West to Creative England.
