The Edu:Pitch Programme will build an understanding of the Education sector for Digital and Creative companies in regards to the opportunities, challenges and routes to market. Providing an insight into what drives the market, the key trends and how technology is changing the way youngsters learn. Helping companies make an informed decision on how to develop new products and services for both the school and personal learning markets.
The programme is an extension of the Vision+Media Visionary Session, Developments & Opportunities in the Education Market.
We are looking for companies who have a desire to enter this market, have interesting ideas for either schools or personal educational support and need assistance in exploring their feasibility.
Companies taken on to the programme will receive mentoring in product refinement including; sector investigation, competitor research, concept sense checking with practitioners, product planning and the development of a first stage strategy. Additionally up to £500 will be awarded to companies, depending on application, to help release some of their time to explore their ideas.
At this stage we are looking for companies with a germ of an idea that could be expanded upon and the enthusiasm to develop it further once a strong business model is applied.
