The Accidental Leader programme aims to develop executives at director or CEO level within small and medium enterprises in the creative and digital industries in the region.
This includes people who have started a TV, radio, games, publishing, creative or digital content business, which is at least 12 months old.
The programme will help you:
- Develop leadership skills
- Create efficient teams
- Go from being digital to top digital
- Network and collaborate with your peers
- Grow your business
“From someone who grew their business from absolutely nothing, I can tell you that the best thing you can do right now, is get out of your business. Instead of going for a walk in the park, you might as well get out of your business and come to something like this, where you’re actively encouraged to think about your business and generate insight.” Matt Howarth, Virtual Construction
The programme is delivered by the Swedish company, Hyper Island, who are experts in delivering training at all levels to the Digital and Creative industry all over the world. They boast an impressive list of clients such as Ogilvy New York, Saatchi and Saatchi New York, Reading Room London, Agency Republic London and many more so we're delighted to have brought them to the North West. Cat Lewis of Nine Lives Media explains the impact the course has had on her so far.
