What we do
Our Placements Team works closely with companies to provide a solution that works best for you. We can:
- Finance up to 50% of the placement
- Provide trainees with mentoring, masterclasses and training
- Relieve the marketing and administrative burden of recruiting new talent
- Provide a structure for the development and appraisal of skills
Key stats
- In the last two years, we've facilitated over 300 placements within the TV, Radio, Film, Games and Digital and Creative Services.
- Within the games and digital sectors, 92% of placements were offered full time jobs.
- Last year, our placement and apprenticeship programmes created over 30 new full time industry jobs and 88 freelance positions in the North West.
